What is included with the lease of the space?
With the lease of the space you are going to receive 60” round dining tables for up to 200 guests, black folding chairs for up to 200 guests, and two food service tables. This includes access it the room on the day of booking from 8am-12am and your cleaning fee. All other items outside of the listed above, are an extra add on.
What is the vendor policy? When may my vendors load in and out?
Brick Room Events has an open vendor policy. This means you may work with whomever you please. Your vendor is allowed to access the room from 8am-12am on the day you have leased. You can give them your access key and code when you are not on site.
Can I lease Brick Room Events for a few hours?
We lease in 16-hour blocks from 8am - 12am. We do not offer partial days or by the hour.
What is the guest capacity?
Brick Room Events comfortably seats 250 guests at 60” round dining tables with 8 chairs per table. However, our room capacity can reach up to 800 if guests are standing. We also have mixed seating/standing options for events with over 250 guests.
Can I bring in drinks?
You are welcome to bring in any non-alcoholic beverages. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through and served by Brick Room Events.
Does the venue have a kitchen?
We have a catering prep space that offers a full-size fridge, prep tables, microwave, double bowl sink with disposal, outlets for warming stations, and small ice machine. We do not have an oven or stovetop.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes! Brick Room Events is handicap accessible, with our bridal lounge being the one exception.
Do you help with planning?
We do not offer in-house event planning or day of coordinating. But we are always here to help with vendor recommendations!
Who handles set up and cleaning?
You and your vendors will handle set-up and break down of decorations and food items that you bring in. Brick Room Events will handle clean up of trash, sweeping, moping and bathrooms. We offer set up and break down of items contracted through us for an additional fee.
Where do I park? Where do my guests park?
You and your vendors are welcome to park in the covered patio space by the front door when loading/unloading. We also have two doors at the back of the space on Spencer Street you may utilize. Your guests may use street side parking which is without time limit on nights and weekends. Additionally, the Covington lot and surrounding bank parking lots (after banking hours) are great free options. See suggested parking areas outlined on the map below.
