Fine Print
Package prices are based on the Saturday Venue Fee ($1800+tax) and are adjusted according to your selected date’s appropriate venue fee. Lease deposit of $800 (Monday-Thursday) or $1000 (Friday-Sunday) is required to reserve the room. 10.25% tax rate is not included. Holiday venue fee is $1800 regardless of day of the week. For the party package a valid credit/debit card and the venue fee ($600+tax) is required to book. A $125/hr fee will be automatically charged for events that exceed the 6-hour party time block. All deposits and payments to Brick Room Events are final and non-refundable. All balances are due in full, and all changes are final 14 days prior to event.
